Save Utah - Enforce existing immigration law!

How can I help?

Contact your elected officials

How constituents feel about issues is a major factor our elected officials must consider when deciding how to vote on issues. Faxing and sending e-mail is a great start. For added impact, make your opinion known with a telephone call or a handwritten letter.

Show your support in-person

Appearing in person — even testifying on behalf of the cause — at legislative committee meetings, city and county council meetings, and other public forum gatherings is another way you can make your opinion heard.

Inform your neighbors

Many of our neighbors don’t know or don’t understand the issues before us today. Let them know how immigration policy and enforcement is going to affect them. Let them know about his website so they can get involved too if they wish.

Write letters to the editors

Newspapers are still a widely read forum for opinions on political and social issues. Write short, concise letters to the editors of your local newspapers letting them know how you feel about immigration policy and enforcement. If you have personal stories to share that illustrate your position, share them.

Write about immigration issues on your blog

The Internet makes it easy to put your voice out there for others to know where and why you stand on the issues. If you find yourself blogging repeatedly about immigration policy and enforcement issues, let us know and we’ll put you on the SaveUtah.net blogroll!
